We arrived at 11:15 pm & called 45 min previously to let them know we were coming. Jared was the clerk there. He said we were good to go. When we arrived he said they only had a king & a full bed. We weren’t happy & he said he would work with us on the price tomorrow when he gets us in a 2 queen beds that we ordered. We went to our room & the bed provided that they moved in was a full. Two grown adults couldn’t fit in. We went down stairs and asked if we could get an extra bed & more covers than a sheet. He said no and we were lucky he made us the bed. We asked well who was suppose to make it? He said there is nothing he can do. So we called my husband & put him on speaker & my husband asked what was going on? The clerk got super mad- & pushed end on my daughter’s phone. He hung up on my husband & said he wasn’t dealing with it. I then asked if I could speak to a manger. He went through the management doors and left us hanging for 10 minutes in the lobby not knowing what he was doing exactly. I was trying to be flexible & asked for more bedding and possibly another bed to the room because we weren’t fitting.
Jared (the clerk) came out talking to someone but was more calm. He said he would refund our $ if we wanted to go somewhere else. I told him we needed to see if there would be any availability somewhere else. Jared was hostile. My daughter got her phone out recording his behavior. We have some footage if you’d like. We felt unsafe with his behavior. I asked for a copy
