Hotel in good location, water in swimming pool was cold compared with other hotels I have used and sauna was often not up to heat required. Breakfast facility was good. I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was very disappointing staff did not care about the food service at all room was ok wish there was a way to open a window get fresh air but it was ok pillows where not comfortable definitely wish I had brought my own pillows and my own breakfast foods

I got a random $82 charge and when I called the receptionist she just said uhhhh yea I can refund that. No explanation or anything. Seems super sketchy. Wondering what would’ve happened if I didn’t catch the charge.
