The room and the location was great. The trouble was when I asked for a late checkout to complete a work call. The team agreed to it but then interrupted my call 3 times seeing if I was still in the room. Communication and the experience could certainly be improved

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt during a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The accessibility to the convention center was definitely one of the highlights. Also, its proximity to the airport, shops, restaurants, and the historic sight seeing of Salt Lake was a plus. Everyone in the hotel was pleasant and very accommodating.
