Property is disgusting, both outside and inside. Key cards given to us did not work the first time, so I had to walk from the back of the property to the front desk to get them rekeyed. No acknowledgment or apology for inconvenience from the staff. THEN the keys only worked on the outside door and not the room. Again, I walked all the way to the front desk only to be confronted with “Well, did you put them by your phone or something?” No. I did not. I was too busy walking back and forth multiple times to have time to put the keys in my pocket. Again, no apology for the inconvenience or anything. She was so very rude. Then the room - underwhelming, outdated, and not clean. Floor has not been swept. Bathtub is dirty. And the property feels very unsafe. Canceled our future reservation and am honestly still debating on whether we just walk out of here right now. Will never ever come back.

1. If you are going to operate a business in a neighborhood with this much activity, it would be advisable to EMPLOY SECURITY. 2. If you are going to operate a business in a neighborhood with this much activity, it would be advisable to hire and maintain properly trained staff who know how to react in the best interest of your patrons when bad things happen. 3. If you are going to operate a hotel ANYWHERE, your guests should be able to expect a clean bug-free environment. There is no way that hotel staff and cleaning personnel are not aware of your bug infestation. 4. If you are going to operate a hotel ANYWHERE, your guests should not encounter your employees living there. 5. Your patrons should never be concerned about slipping on feces or urine entering your facility, nor should they have to jump over urine puddles. Mind you, this was not in just one entrance, but both side entrances.

Wonderful place to stay if you like hearing people scream in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms have extra staff working in the form of roaches and bedbugs. Overall a dirty hotel as dog poop is in front of every door

Absolutely nothing. This property was terrible. Did not even want to sleep under the sheets.

This place was gross. My room bhad blood splatter on the ceiling bathroom cover in pubs. Toothpaste on the bed. It had not been swept in for a while. Rooms were covered in dog hair. The whole building bwas grosse. Burned carpets, dog pee in the halls. People trying to break in.
