Check in was a challenge with kiosk the would not work properly. Staff was finally helpful. Security seems extreme. Rooms are well equipped but very institutional not welcoming.

For a new hotel, it was pretty dirty. I found several hairs in my towels and on the bathroom counter. I was given one shampoo bottle in my room… no soap, no conditioner.. it was okay but pricey for what you got

Stopped here for one night it was easy and cheap but when we walked in the room the tv was smashed like someone punched it and the room was a little dirty

The host at the front desk upon leaving was rude and not friendly or polite. The coffee machine was not working. He told us to go away and get a hot drink somewhere else and said they didnt own the machine therefore he couldnt fix it. Bad customer service because of a jack --- front desk employee. wish i had his name.

I actually want a refund on this night stay. When I enter the room, there was one small container of shampoo and no bar soap. No drinking glass to rinse your mouth out after you brush your teeth. My sister joined me and there was one towel one washcloth and one hand towel. I had to go down and asked for another set and one more container of shampoo. The the biggest insult is they gave me a handicapped room. I made this reservation weeks ago because of my traveling I didn’t get in until a late check in, but there’s no excuse for this. I have told at least 50 people I know never stay at this LivAway Suites. This is far from a suite.
