Very loud, though they advertise they offer quiet rooms!!! You can hear every person walking in the hall, as if they were in the room with you and the children in the room across the hall were up playing until well after 11pm. I could hear them clear as day. Afternoon/night desk person was great. Morning/day person was not. The front desk called to say my dog was barking non-stop and accused me of intentionally not telling them I had a dog. There is no place on expedia to state you have a dog and they are a self check-in with no contact with a person. When exactly was I supposed to let them know and beg to pay for it? There was a dog barking at every noise in the hall when I checked in and entered my room with my luggage, no big deal. When I left the funeral I was attending and returned to the hotel to get my dog at their insistence, he was NOT barking and there were three maid carts in the hall, one right across from my room. This was one of the cheapest rooms in the city, but I'd rather pay slightly more to stay in a Motel 6 or 8 and be served by people and not a kiosk, people who know what customer service is and are kind, not condescending to those paying the bill.

Aside from barking dog next to me and not so soft bed, it was great! Very clean! A/C was perfect. You diffinately need pictures in rooms and in hallways. No desk if its a business trip. I guess you can work at the counter but the bar stools are very hard, uncomfortable plastic seats.

The room wasn’t very clean. That bathroom had dust and foreign hairs in the tub and shower shelves. The chairs and counter tops weren’t wiped down and neither was the microwave and refrigerator freezer. The pillows for the bed were thin or lumpy thicker on one side or the other. Over all the staff was nice except one guy was super rude to my mom acting like she was going to steal the towels when simply asked if we can get extra. The sink in the kitchen area was also dirty with specs of food. Overall, it was a good day just those few things. We did feel safe and there’s plenty of food choices nearby. Walmart and target are super close and even Sam’s Club.

This is far better hotel than many of our staying at Ulta; it is 20min from airport with 30 min from Salt Lake City. It looks brand new to me; it is beautiful marble kitchen even though we did not used it. Comfortable king size bed with a lot of room for us to moving around. The bathroom is also brand new; then not enough soap for two and only has one shampoo without conditioner; we must go to the front desk for the dryer and return after using it. The refrigerator is running a bit loud; it bother my hubby sleeping at night. Well, in comparison all the hotel wee had in Ulta ; this one is still far better than other one. Staffs are friendly; self check in needs an instruction would be helpful.

My room was spacious and clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Too firm for my comfort. None of the lights worked except in the bathroom and the little bed lamp. It is also right next to an airport where military helicopters were practicing maneuvers late at night and early in the morning. Pretty cool to watch if you weren't trying to sleep. I would stay here again in a pinch!

Hella nice and clean for a great price

It was clean the service lady was a little snippy but learned that the kiosk system was key. Room was hella clean and wish I booked it sooner then the quality in that I lost money on but had a bad feeling.
