The pics don't do the place justice. It's an apartment that has been lived in, and treated with love. Sure, it could use a little reno, but it's great for a homey environment. After a little glitch, Holly (the host) made everything perfect. And the check in instructions said something about a box on the fence, but there was no box. Everything was comfy and functional. The area is so walkable and clean.

Cute little condo, quiet building. Close to convention center at half the price of local hotels. Tea/coffee/cocoa/ice available. Shampoo/body wash/hygiene products/laundry detergent provided, which was helpful since I'm dumb and forgot body wash. A block away from Crown Burger and next to a gas station. Would choose again if i ever need to come to SLC again.

This apt was extremely comfortable and safe. The gated parking was great. Fully equiped for cooking and amazing coffee mugs! Great communication with owner and very flexible. We were there for the Kilby block musical festival and it was very convinient.
