Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.

A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

Public Transit (UTA)

Salt Lake’s Utah Transit Authority (UTA) operates buses, the TRAX light rail, and the FrontRunner commuter train. Day passes make travel affordable, and the TRAX Green Line takes you from the airport to downtown in about 20 minutes.

Wow! If you want a stay with no stress and ease of access, check in, late arrival and not having to worry about keeping anyone up or disturbing them, this is the place for you! We were in town for the weekend to see our granddaughter and celebrate her birthday. It was so nice to have the apartment and amenities and be able to prepare meals and treats. Such a comfortable, clean space that was exactly what we expected! The rapid responses and communication are top notch! Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable

The unit is located on the 4th floor in a quiet part of the building, which made for a peaceful stay. The gym and other facilities were great to use, and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was spotless and worked perfectly for our family of four.

Affordable, cute, great amenities

Stayed with my family (mom, dad and two 20 yr olds). for a winter get away. Purposely chose to stay in-town vs. closer to slopes. The unit was 45 mins from Deer Valley, Alta, and Snow Basin and was less expensive than a comparable two bedroom hotel. Really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Location was close to restaurants and a short drive to the nicer part of town. Unit was exactly as described in the listing. Only complaint was lack of any drawers for clothing. But both bedrooms had large closets.

Nice apartment in good location

We really liked the location of the apartment building and wished it was warmer so we could go explore the neighborhood more. The apartment complex is really big so some might get lost but clear instructions were given. The apartment was clean and the hot tub was warm.
