On the kitchen counter there will be a key fob and garage sensor. The garage sensor must be located on the dashboard in order for it function with either garage.

***The apartment comes with ONE garage sensor, any other vehicle will have to be parked on the street or might be at risk of getting towed from the garage***

Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.

A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

Public Transit (UTA)

Salt Lake’s Utah Transit Authority (UTA) operates buses, the TRAX light rail, and the FrontRunner commuter train. TRAX light rail has three lines connecting downtown, the University of Utah, the airport, and popular neighborhoods. Day passes make travel affordable, and the TRAX Green Line takes you from the airport to downtown in about 20 minutes.

Greenbike SLC

This apartment is deep cleaned between each stay to ensure our guests are welcomed to a safe and clean space. We also provide all of our guests with a welcoming gift!

**The pool, hot tub, entertainment center, rooftop patio, and gym are all available to our guests!





Additional Rules:



-Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM

-Pet fine: $200

-Smoking Fine: $500

-Noise Violation: $500 Fine

-Late Checkout: $200 Fine (Unless Previous arrangements are agreed upon.)

-Lost Fob or garage sensor: $150 each
