Second bedroom is actually an open loft above the main floor with its own bathroom. It’s convenient for families. Location is great. Trax across the street. 15 minute walk from downtown. Grocery stores across the street.

We stayed for three nights while visiting our kiddo at U of U. Property was great and exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Easy to get to the U. Close to trax. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. You could easily stay here and not have a rental car. The pool and spa at the complex was great as was the laundry facility.

Salt Lake Getaway

The property was ideally located and exactly as described. My two daughters and I really enjoyed the place and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to other families looking for a clean, safe, and well located property while visiting the Salt Lake area.

First, this listing isn't accurate—this is not a 2 bedroom, it's a one bedroom with another bed bath lofted above the living space. The lower bedroom has french doors as well so you don't really get quiet or privacy within the space.Second, the apartment is both dirty and run down. There are lots of little things—hair in the shower, found someone's fake nail, and old grounds in the coffee pot. Windowsills covered in dirt, so much dust on the popcorn ceiling, etc. We killed a cockroach as well. The entire complex has a grimy feeling. Location is convenient on a busy road close to food options and downtown. Can't really recommend staying here!

GREAT STAY!!

This property was in the perfect location. Close to downtown, and plenty of lime scooters to get around. This was a relaxing and clean place to come back to after being out for the day. The hot tub was great! The host was very responsive to my messages, would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting Salt Lake!
