House is well equipped and looks like the pictures. Neighborhood up and coming so not particularly walkable and some surrounding houses are run down. Very conveniently located to airport, downtown and freeways. Great automated communication from house but some trouble/delay with getting answers to specific questions. Please note that USPS mail cannot be delivered here--we did not see that in listing and now are having to deal with vendors regarding 'lost' items. Would stay here again with caveat about mail. The peacocks wandering the neighborhood and yard are pretty awesome.
