House Marlin is a semi-detached house at beachfront in Long Island. At this wonderful place you have everything to enjoy your holidays. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen with a dishwasher. From the big porch looking south you can access the pool or jump into the Ocean from the private beach access. There are 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddles and 2 bikes you can use whilst your stay. A grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away.

Amazing Home & Location!

Beautiful Long Island
We were very happy with our house on the beach; great swimming out front, a few minutes walk to Tiny's for dinner! Cathy, manager, was fantastic! She always replied quickly to any questions and helped us set up dinners and understand the airport! She also had a wonderful store and we took two boat trips with Captain Charlie including snorkeling that were amazing!

The best location in Long Island
If you want to get a taste of all the island has to offer, House Marlin is the perfect rental. Not only is it beautiful and well appointed, it is just a short walk from Tiny's Hurricane hole with great food and drinks! You can easily drive back and forth to the north and south parts of the Island. Kathy was extremely accommodating. We already planning our next trip or just to come down for a weekend. We LOVE Long Island!

First time Bahamas Vacation
We loved the peacefulness of our place on the water. Watching the sailboats, sunsets were a bonus. All the comforts of home were at hand. Our host was accommodating and easily available if needed.

Second time at House Marlin
Love everything about this property ! Close to everything on the island ! The pool is great . We were able to enjoy swimming in the ocean . The house is immaculate!! We will be back next year for sure !
