My room stank of cigarettes and when I asked for assistance, they sent the cleaner (who was great and absolutely the best thing about the place) to put more products and change the curtain in the bathroom which was the worst smelling part. This made a marginal help but honestly I just gave up looking for assistance - they should have sought to move us or at least followed up. You have to chat to someone via WhatsApp which is fine (they’re responsive) but not really personal. Internet good in the room, but spotty in the cafe. Gym and pool are fine though pool could do with deckchairs. Gym has seen better days. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Generally I look to give good reviews and whilst the place wasn’t bad per se, the experience was very much tainted by the stench of cigarettes and total blah of the experience. What I will say, however, is that the location is fantastic and the cleaner (Carol) was so helpful and lovely and fun. She was the main highlight.

Location is the main draw, right in the middle of downtown Salta. All is walkable. We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. Room itself is fairly small, but ok for a couple of days.

Muy buen sercicio. El desayuno completo muy bueno. Haría el cambio de toallas cada 3 dias y no cada 4. Es centrico por ende a la noche algo de ruido hay pero esta muy bien quedarse.
