The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, all rooms are suites and have air conditioning.

I only rent the whole space.

The house is in a gated community, close to the beach and the river Jacuípe, great for spending weekends or season and family or friends.

At check-in the house is delivered clean and tidy, at check-out we expect it to be returned in the same condition.
There will be a charge for cleaning and maintenance of the pool of $ 150.00. As well as value for water and light corresponding to the consumption of guests, calculated during their entry and exit.
