The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Fiquei em um quarto dos fundos do hotel, mesmo solicitando com gentileza que me colocassem e um lateral ou frontal para praia. Cafpe da manhã só o bolo salvou. Equipe toda trabalhando sem motivação. Sujeira no banheiro absurda. Condições de manutenção muito precárias. Não tinha pano de chão do banheiro. Piso é uma especie de vinilico emborrachado, terrivel para pisar sem calçado. Sensação de sujo constantemente. Não indico.

O hotel é velho, com instalações um pouco gastas. A porta do quarto estava descascando. O café da manhã é mediano. Poucas opções. A cama muito confortável e estava bem limpo. No entanto, a noite aparecem baratas. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. A localização é muito boa, mas deve-se ter cuidado com a pracinha. Algumas pessoas estavam consumindo drogas.

Descaso

Estadia no inicio foi boa, mas havia acabado de comprar um carro e por motivo de seguranca paguei para deixer estacionado na garagem interna do hotel, quando fui pegar o carro para seguir viagem, ele estava coberto por um po branco, informei a adm do hotel e solicitei um balde com agua e pano para que eu pudesse lavar o carro. Porém, quando o carro secou, ainda ficou com manchas por todo carro. A adm do Hotel fez pouco caso do ocorrido, tive que entrar em contado com a ouvidoria do hotel, que tembem fez pouco caso, vindo até, sugerir que "EU" fizesse uma lavagem mais profunda, com meios próprios. Sequer, ofereceu um reembolso dessa lavagem que aconselharam a fazer. INCLUSIVE, me alegaram que ja aconteceu tambem com o veiculo da gerente, e ela levou para lavar. Ja liguei monte para a ouvidoria e eles falam que quem vai resolver e o hotel, quando ligo no hotel, eles falam que e a ouvidoria quem vai resolver.
