The pool is closed indefinitely due to an issue with the protective barrier, caused by the heavy rains and strong winds that recently occurred in the city.

The apartment is located in a new building delivered in December 2021.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The guest will have access to the condominium's pool and gym, which are for common use. The gym operates 24 hours. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The use of the barbecue, party room, and gourmet area is only allowed with prior notice and payment of an extra condominium fee for their use.
