Minha experiência no Samba Villa Praia Hotel, em Salvador, foi muito positiva. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, próximo à praia, com um ambiente agradável e tranquilo. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem organizados, proporcionando uma estadia prática e confortável. O atendimento da equipe também merece destaque. Os funcionários foram educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é variado e atende bem às expectativas. Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que alguns detalhes de manutenção e agilidade em determinados atendimentos poderiam ser ajustados, mas nada que tenha comprometido a experiência. No geral, é uma boa opção para quem busca custo-benefício, boa localização e um ambiente agradável em Salvador.

Achei que o quarto precisa urgentemente de manutenção. Luminária quase caiu na cabeça do meu filho, a mesa de cabeceira bamba, não aguentando o peso da rampa de granito, a porta da varanda emperrando, o banheiro sem chave. Além disso, o quarto muito sujo, cheio de teia de aranha. A equipe de funcionários era boa, nada especial. Café da manhã bom, nada especial.

As equipes do hotel foram atenciosas e gentis, destacadamente os funcionários da recepção Diego e Marcelo. O hotel é calmo, está de frente para o mar e é bem conservado, com acesso fácil à areia. A barraquinha da praia tem os melhores caranguejo e camarão ao alho e óleo que já comi na região, além de contar com o excelente atendimento de Dona Auxiliadora. Experiência impecável!

Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Lençóis de ótima qualidade. O quarto tem um tamanho bom. A área de lazer é ótima, como mostrada nas fotos. Por ser um hotel pequeno, a piscina nunca está lotada. O café da manhã é MUITO bom, com opções doces e salgadas repostas o tempo todo. A equipe toda é muito gentil (desde os recepcionistas até o bartender). Ponto a melhorar: alguns itens precisam de manutenção, como o equipamento de colocar o cartão, que estava com mal contato. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria, caso fosse ficar em Itapuã.
