Sitauted in a great position, just a 2-minute walk from the fine beach of Pescoluse, there is a delightful, finely furnished house with a spectacular private infinity pool and an enchanting sea view.
In the large ornamental garden there is a beautiful, finely furnished porch where you can comfortably eat in total relaxation while looking at the beautiful panorama. The outdoor spaces are fully furnished with sofas, deckchairs and tables.
Internally the house has an air-conditioned living room embellished with a typical star vault and a built-in kitchen embellished with ceramics and majolica, equipped with various comforts including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Available also a sofa bed for the fifth person. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and the other double with two single beds, both air conditioned and tastefully furnished. There is a barbecue area and an outdoor hot water shower, all in a unique context surrounded by the lush green of the Mediterranean scrub and the intense color of the sea.
