Stella del Mare Residence - Standard

The Standard Double Bedroom is a room with air conditioning, internet, tv, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, mini-bar, safe and satellite dish by the beach of Torre Pali, in the complex Stella del Mare.

room is basic and cozy, furnished with pale and relaxing shades. It`s
in a recently-built ten-unit complex. Breakfast is included, by the
nearby restaurant.

Residence
Stella di Mare is in Torre Pali, in the lovely area of Salve, on the
Ionian side of Southern Salento. The beach is 20 meters away. Moreover,
the complex is near to the main amenities.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 9am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8.30 pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
