The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and plenty of games for the entire group. Located directly off the living area is bedroom #1, a Queen bedroom, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Step outside and you will find a semi-covered deck with seating and access to the private solar-heated pool, hot tub, and picnic table.

Top Level: Ascend the spiral staircase to discover two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a sundeck overlooking the marsh behind the home. Bedroom #2 is furnished with 2 Twin beds. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share access to a spacious full bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
