Had a very pleasant stay here for 4 nights! Prior to check-in, Daniela and the staff were very communicative and provided me with clear check-in instructions as it was the weekend and they have reduced hours on weekends and evenings. They responded quickly to any questions and made it very easy! My room was very nice and clean with a modern bathroom, TV, and Wifi. Since it was summer, it was very hot but Daniela promised a fan the next day which made it a lot better! The breakfast buffet includes bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. which is very generous and I must say, having it on the beautiful patio is a great start to the day! The hostess at breakfast was so sweet and kind, I didn't catch her name but she always made sure I was okay! About the location, since I wasn't driving, I was relying on public transport. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the centre, a 4 buses per hour during peak hours. The area is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, so you'll get a good night's sleep. Daniela also provided me with great tips and info about the Salzburg card (highly recommended if you want to see the museums) and shared some great travel stories and tips! It was a pleasure to stay here and would recommend this place for your stay - my best wishes to the team!
