NICE 3 BEDROOM MODERN HOUSE WITH POOL

This is a modern 3 bedroom home with private pool. The kitchen has a 36" double door fridge, ceramic top cook stove, granite counter tops and lots of cabinets. There are 2 modern tile bathrooms. Nice teak wood paneled doors.The house is air conditioned with a separate unit for each bedroom. There ia a washer/dryer unit in the house.
This is a great location away from the noise of Samara, but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and Samara restaurants. I have 2 TV'S with cable and WI-FI Service. There is a local grocery store and Soda Anna with good meals only 1/2 block from the house. Most of winter gets booked a year ahead with long term tenants (one to six months). There are weeks available at special low rates from May to October. I have local manager who speak english available to manage the property and do the check in and cleaning.
This would be a great time to surf and enjoy the local beaches. I have a hammock and chairs available for the beach. I really enjoy horseback riding on the beach and in the jungle/mountains. It is a great way to see wildlife. I hope you will try my unit at these special
summer rates and enjoy a great vacation in Samara, Costa Rica

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed being on a quiet street in Samara. The pool was great as were the other amenities. We hope to be able to visit again!

Great home with all amenities needed for a no stress relaxing break in Playa Samara.

This is a great spot for both older and younger folks looking for a comfortable spot to have some fun. It is close to Samara town center where there is much to enjoy. Opportunities to snorkel, fish, surf lessons, shop, and dine at the many small restaurants. There is no need for a car if you enjoy taking small healthy walks to and from these areas. Small food markets are always available for specialty items like fruit, cheeses, or sweets. If you have a car a day trip to Nicoya, is only 35-40 minutes away with many more cultural experiences that are waiting to happen for you. The owner has provided every possible item from 'wifi' internet service to HBO in English The young woman Manuela, who manages the home, speaks great English and will fill in any gaps in your daily schedule helping book turtle tours, horse back riding, or fishing trips. You will have a great time and want to return again, and again. Its only 90 minutes from Liberia airport, or a beautiful 4 hour panoramic ride from San Jose. Enjoy the safe warm Pacific ocean beach which is protected by a large coral reef that keeps the water currents near zero most of the time. By the way, if a large green iguana stops in to swim in the pool don't worry he only stays for a few minutes unless he brings his smaller girlfriend then they may hang out for a bit. Enjoy the experience at Playa Samara, Costa Rica.
