I stayed in room 227. As I was trying to go to sleep there was a consistent knocking noise that I thought was coming from another room. When it didn’t stop, I got up and found it coming from the wall in my bathroom! UGH!! Since I was only staying 1 night and it was after midnight, I just stayed. Luckily I had a white noise machine and some sleeping pills!

Everything was good the gentleman that checked us is was great. The guest or guests above us were loud so we didn't get much sleep but that is not the hotels fault.

When we got here at around 11:30pm on 4/21 the lady in the front seemed absolutely bothered with our arrival. She was dry and mentioned that this is an extended stay hotel in a way that made us feel unwanted. The room was dated and didn’t even have an iron in the room. I’m kicking myself in the butt for not paying extra for a better hotel. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra, stay somewhere else. Honestly, the rest could have been overlooked if it wasn’t for the way the lady in the front handled our interaction. Lacked professionalism and hospitality.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this extended stay hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at 2 pm after a grueling 16-hour drive, I was told that my room would not be ready, despite calling ahead to check for the possibility of early check-in. I had paid in advance for the room, yet I was repeatedly told that it could be midnight before my room would be ready, with no clear explanation. What made this experience even worse was the treatment I received from the general manager. While I was left waiting outside with my family for hours, I noticed that guests of different nationalities were allowed to check in with no issues, which raised questions about whether I was being treated differently. The manager’s rude demeanor only added to the frustration, as I felt completely disregarded and disrespected. Despite my patience, it wasn’t until I called the corporate office and escalated the issue that the situation was resolved. It took almost four hours, and we finally received our room at nearly 6 pm. I can't help but feel that the manager’s actions were discriminatory, and the lack of care shown towards me and my family was unacceptable. I had hoped for a relaxing stop after such a long journey, but this experience left me feeling completely unwelcome and mistreated. I strongly advise potential guests to be cautious when considering this property.
