The Master Bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, providing a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. The Secondary Bedroom also offers a Queen bed, ideal for guests or family. Both bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind. The Living Room is a welcoming space to unwind, complete with a cozy Sofa Bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped Kitchen, ready for meal preparation with all the essentials. Enjoy your meals in the Dining Room, creating memorable dining experiences. Two Full Bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for all guests. The apartment is designed with modern finishes and natural light to create a bright and airy atmosphere.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms with Queen beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Outside, you can take advantage of the community amenities, including three sparkling pools, a lake-view fitness center, and scenic walking trails around the lake. Parking is available with free parking on the premises and street parking.

Other Things to Note:
Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior approval. The parking pass must be returned to the TV stand at checkout; a $100 fee applies for unreturned passes. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the patio/balcony; a $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation. Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Please turn off lights, electronics, and the A/C when leaving. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Treat the property and community amenities with care and report any damages immediately.
