Outdoor hot tub doesn't have jets but the pool area is attractive. Weekday breakfast cook has a surly attitude and it reflects in the overcooked eggs. Weekend breakfast chef has a pleasant demeanor and scrambled the eggs perfectly. Clean room, nicely decorated property.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front desk, to the breakfast attendant/cook, to housekeeping. They were really sweet. A special shout out to Liz and Barry in the front desk, and Gabe in housekeeping! They went above and beyond!

Waited a long time to check in at 3:00. Then was told she wasn’t sure which rooms were clean. She texted the maid, no answer so she had to go find the maid to find out where to put us. Assigned a room and two keys. First key wasn’t programmed so it didn’t work. Once we got the key to work the door wouldn’t open because the lock was stuck. Floor inside the door was just mopped and a hazard because it was wet! The hallways were so hot and muggy. Turned on the air in the room guess what, it didn’t cool down appropriately. Closed the curtains to attempt to sleep on the not so comfy beds. Woke up and pulled the curtains open to realize the entire window pane was about to fall out of this third floor window! Was very happy to leave that hotel behind!
