Upon arrival to room everything seemed fine. There was a number of flyers for local restaurants, in my room, that delivered. When i called for a delivery from a flyer found in my room, the front desk called me when my food was delivered to go downstairs. If the restaurant delivery person is unable to access rooms then they should not have the flyers in the rooms. The ac in my room was not functioning and i had no control.of the thermostat. Not good when it is a humid day in San Antonio.

I checked out a day early and was told I would get refunded for not only the parking but room, so I called to check on the status of what they, but they told me they would call me back. And never did. And on top of that, didn’t refund my money and charged me for all 3 days and parking.... this is verrry pathetic!!! And inexcusable.... worst service. I was very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

Only have a Cafe Express and when I walked up for service the cashier walked off and would not help me.

old building old interor . peeling off wallpaper.hair in the tub. they charge you for parking.they have a resturant but you cant get through to order. they nickle and dime you for everything.never would reconmend .

Rooms were very small the shower dripped all night long the bathroom sink had cracks in it one light was out the A/C worked great but the heater didn’t work.
