Room was extremely clean and serviced was top notch. My room included free breakfast that was very good. Only complaint is there is a bar directly under the hotel and the loud music reached up to the 6th floor, it went on through the early morning hours. Not a great if you are a light sleeper and have a business meeting the next morning.

This place is right in the heart of the river walk experience. Walkable, 4 mins, to the cruise ticket booth and boarding dock. Walkable, 3 mins, to the Hardrock Cafe, Paesanos Italian café, and many other restaurants, lounges and clubs. Most clubs allow kid entries till about 10pm and are open to 2am. Definitely recommend this place.

Too many hidden fees

Too many extra fees just to be there. Aside from taxes there are taxes just to have your car there ( taxes, city fees, tourism fee and more) and of course they are not upfront about it either.

Our good-sized and thoughtfully appointed room overlooked the Alamo, which is just across the street. It was fun to have a glass of wine on the couch in front of the full wall of windows as the sun set over the Alamo and San Antonio. Its central location on the Riverwalk is excellent for both dining and entertainment. You have got to take the little riverboat ride! Highly recommended.

Staff was very pleasant and I loved that you just walk on to the riverwalk. What didn’t like for being a luxury hotel, they didn’t have parking for their guest, you had to pay for it.
