The hotel is very nice and right on the Riverwalk which was very convenient for us. We could walk to our hearts content and then stop along the way to eat and drink.

If you want the River Walk experience, this is the spot. I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The location is unbeatable, right on the River Walk and walking distance to everything. Staff is consistently great, the pool is a highlight, and it’s a nice touch that you can get poolside drinks delivered. Only minor downside is check-in can be slow, so plan for that if you're checking in on Saturdays.

Staff was excellent across the board. My only issue with the stay was not their fault had to do with kids that were there for an event for football and we're not part of the hotel guests or staff. A lot of motorcycle and car rubbing outside the hotel at late hours into the morning. The hotel staff calling the police and getting them to get them to leave would have been nice but they seem to be unwilling to do that. Other than that it was a fantastic day and again the staff was excellent

Friendly valet and staff. Very helpful on directions and knowledge. Elevator to go to room had to use room key for security or couldn’t go up elevator was comforting. Clean room comfortable bed. Right on riverwalk. So convenient and it was beautiful

Everything was good beside parking charges. 3 days velet parking cost $350. It says $59 a day but hidden charges were extreme. So be careful
