We asked for a non smoking room and as soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarettes. The toilet still had urine from the people before us. It wasn’t flushed so it definitely wasn’t cleaned.

Customer service was great. Room was less than clean. Door did not lock when shut, anyone could get in from the outside without a key. I wouldn’t have even know that if I didn’t check! AC didn’t work, unit turned on but the AC never started cooling. When I went to the front desk to let them know, we saw 4 cop cars at the Inn which made me feel even less safe. Front desk immediately called maintenance to resolve the issues mentioned but I decided against staying here. I was also unable to receive a refund because I selected “non-refundable” when booking.

You get exactly what you pay for at this location. The staff is friendly however they are in a separate building from the tenants. Seems like many long term residents love to party and outside all times of day and night. Police were called several times by others and I got zero sleep. Has a food truck in front and was scared of walking to it because of the outside activity. The bed had long black hairs in it like the sheets hadn't been changed. Pets are allowed because there was one right next door barking all night. I went for relaxation and felt so overwhelmed I left early

I booked this hotel for $116 per night, expecting at least a clean and decent stay for the price—but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. The room had a terrible odor, the furniture was extremely old, broken, and dirty, and the entire property felt unsafe. The hotel is located in a very shady area surrounded by prostitution and drug activity. I was traveling with my daughter, and she was so frightened by the surroundings and the room condition that we decided not to stay at all. This property is being marketed like a mid-tier hotel, but in reality, it’s more like a run-down motel in a dangerous neighborhood. Hotels.com seriously needs to review this property’s listing and rating. It is misleading and unsafe for families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness, comfort, or security. I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely.
