This beautiful luxury house has complete privacy and it is located in a quite neighborhood, few minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, SeaWorld, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Golf course, Top Golf and more. House includes a master suite with hot-tub, game area w\pool table and arcade, covered patio with sitting area & BBQ grill, a luxurious private pool & a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and plenty of parking space.

This 2800 Sqf luxury vacation house includes 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a king bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom plus a trundle bed (double) and the 6th bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. There is also a queen air mattress bed available, which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 19 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a pool table, Skee ball arcade and plenty of games. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private huge outdoor luxurious pool. You will plenty of private parking space. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for BBQ.

I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Play fun games in the well equipped game room which includes a pool table, jump into your private pool or sit with your family or friends and watch the moon light, not to forget the professional BBQ grill, that is waiting only for you. This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

Please note -
- There are two entrances to the house. The main entrance, from Wild Eagle st, will provide access to the ground floor and then you also have a 2nd entrance from Oak Grove Dr, which will provide an entrance directly to the pool area which will get you in the house right to the 2nd main floor.
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $60 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.

- The BBQ grill is propane gas-operated. Propane is not provided as part of your stay. Guests are responsible for supplying, refilling, or exchanging the propane tank if they wish to use the BBQ. While there may be propane remaining in the tank from previous guests, its availability is not guaranteed, and I cannot guarantee that the tank will contain any propane upon arrival.. Thank you for your understanding.

- Pool is not heated.
