I usually am not the type of person to write bad reviews and I can usually suck it up when things aren't the best but this place was so not okay. The cleanliness of the room was atrocious. Dust everywhere. You couldnt even walk on the floor barefoot without your feet getting black. The bed had so many stains on it that we didnt even sleep in them and brought our own blankets and pillows inside. There were broken cabinets and paint chipped everywhere. The towels had blood stains and black stains on them. The toilet lid was broken. I got a a sore throat from the dust coming out of the A/C when it was turned on. Even after a shower we still felt so dirty. The shower curtain was dingy and yellowish. I was just very upset with this place. I wasnt expecting the best accommodations for the price that we got the room at but I did expect to have at least the basic cleanliness and neatness of the hotel. I am just truly disappointed and disgusted. And I would appreciate someone to contact me back. I would have left the room and stayed somewhere else if I could have gotten a refund but they were very clear that there were no refunds to be given. I would very much appreciate some communication back. Thank you

This hotel wouldn't let us stay because we has 5 people including a baby. They knew all of this when i made the reservation but waited until i showed up with my family to turn us away. Never again.

Cancelled my reservation i made 4 days in advance due to selling my room to a higher bidder sold out and bumped my reservation terrible business complete waste of time
