The house is located just inside Loop 410 with shopping, dining and a grocery store nearby and is less than a 10 minute drive to Lackland AFB, 15 minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes to Six Flags and 20 minutes to downtown SA and the River Walk.

The home has a large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room area with 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals including a Keurig coffee maker & k-cups, blender, mixer & crockpot.

The house also has a high chair, pack-n-play & stroller for your little ones.

The Master Suite includes a King size bed and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a full size bed and bedroom 4 features a twin over full bunk bed.

Plenty of seating in the loving room that features a comfy dual reclining sofa!

The hall bath includes a tub/shower combo and there is a washer & dryer in the garage stocked with laundry detergent & bleach.

The back yard, which backs up to a greenbelt, features a large, covered patio for outdoor dinning as well as backyard games, charcoal grill, swing and fire pit for you to enjoy. Sorry, we do not supply charcoal or wood other than what we gather on the property.

There is a security system in the house with a camera in the garage.

There is enough space to sleep 10 people, assuming 1 person will sleep on the sofa. (It's a dual recliner sofa, not a sleeper sofa.)
