This hotel was a surprise gem. It is very well located in regards to Downtown San Antonio, just hop on 10 and you're there in less than 15 minutes. Yes its older and has a few blemishes, but the staff seems to really care for the place. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, and pillows plump. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for San Japan!

Choose any other hotel

The room was smelly and the safe didn t work. Four calls and 6 hours were necessary for a battery change so we could use it. There was very little to eat for breakfast although it was early. My wife got up with bites, I guess pest control is a must to make this hotel good enough for human beings. We got back to the hotel at 3.30 in the afternoon only to find that the room was not done. We left one at once and the check out took about 30 minutes ( they said the had problems with the computer ??????) When I finally got the invoice I found out that they had charged me for the use of the safe which was out of order most of the time. Run away

It's the worest Hotel I ever stay in

First off when we got there the beds were soaking wet the place smelled of milldew Infested with bugs Lied about pricing Rented, the area was in the middle of the gatow and I felt scared all the time, we supposed to stay there for 30 days but end up leaving the hotel after two days and switching to another hotel, we stayed there for 2 days and we were the only car parking, man it was terrible, my advice for you, Please don't stay in this hotel.

You will regret it!

Run down, dirty, buggy, smelly, Bad neighborhood. One of the worst I have seen.

Painful

The was room reaping of cigarette smoke, stuffy with an awful smell. The hotel moved us to another room, but there we found dead bugs on the floor and in the sink. We moved once again to a room with a single bed. We decided to make it work because we were tired and did not have any more time to waste. The room was a huge disappointment. The blanket on the bed was spotted with holes, as though it had not been clean in weeks. There was gum stuck on the wall, and the bath room was nasty. I was so disappointed.
