Room and walls had stains uncleaned dresser and night stand. Pillows with stains on bed. Bed frame was broken and sagged on both sides. Roachs in the room. Fore alarm was set off at 1130 pm work everyone up cause some one was smoking And my door lock was compromised there was no face plate for the door to latch in to. Just a hole with thin metal. On both sides

Kind of gross

Horrible harsh mildew smell in room Paper thin walls No staff on location after 10pm Fridge didn't work Rent-a-cop outside on his phone playing games, didn't even look up.

Our goal is to provide a clean, safe and comfortable stay at a great price. Clearly, we didn't meet that goal during your stay. No where close to anything.

Hotel was dirty and very unpleasant staff to deal with. Will never stay at one of these again. My room had bugs, dirty towels and there is no room service. When I asked for more toilet paper they told me that they did not have any to give me. I had to go buy my own toilet paper. Terrible experience, would not even tell my worst enemy to stay there.

We expected more.

Pros: It was in the area we wanted to be in.
We travel frequently and never have I made such a poor choice in hotels. On the positive side, the hotel/room was clean. But: 1) the check in process in the non-lobby took easy too long 2) the room is very basic. If you want to make use of the kitchenette, there are no dishes, silverware....nothing 3) only soap in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner or lotion, no hair dryer 4) couldn't log into the internet. No one at the desk after 10 pm so we tried to call the given extension: 5) phone wasn't connected 6) there are no curtains over the mini-blinds so the room was not dark. 7) didn't notice when booking that there was no breakfast

Cool if you like to wait

Room was clean but had to call to front desk to have toilet turned on. Bed didn't have the top comforter on it. Had to wait almost thirty mintues for front desk person to show up since the desk closed at 3 pm. No check out cause front desk opened at 3 pm. No free wifi access. Stairwell and elevator dirty and stinky. Cheap place to stay if you don't mind waiting and feeling inconvenienced.
