Elegant, modern and luxurious new villa (05/2019) of design on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining room with SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and 1 bedroom (with bathroom en suite, safe and TV), suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite, safe and TV. Two of them with direct access to a furnished balcony. There is a small room with a bunk bed (without safe, AC, TV and closet)to provide two more people a comfortable sleep. In addition you will find a furnished roof terrace with sun all day long. In the large garden is the heatable salt water pool, surrounded by areas for sunbathing or eating outdoors. Free Wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. Well located in quiet residential area, near the sea and commercial and leisure areas.

The villa was excellent and was as written in the description of the villa . It was well equipped and was ideal for a family holiday. The only issue was the pool depth it required my 6 year old and 4 year old to wear a life vest when using the pool.

Wir hatten 8 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus. Alles vorhanden an Kochutensilien etc. was benötigt wird. Alles modern und gepflegt. Tolle Betten/Matratzen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen .Sehr ruhige Umgebung, aber mit Bus und Taxi alles preiswert zu erreichen (Playa de Ingles und Maspalomas. Bushaltestelle 200m .Busstation in Maspalomas fĂŒr weiter gelegene Ortschaften.Sehr empfehlenswert . Wir kommen gerne wieder

Fantastic week - beautiful property!

We came as 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids aged 10-15) and all thoroughly enjoyed our week away! The villa is absolutely spotless and has everything you could need while on holiday! The host was very helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re considering a visit to Gran Can. Closest restaurant 10 mins walk, closest bars / shops 20 mins. Closest beach a 5-6 min drive & other beautiful beaches only 20-25 mins drive away. Thank you!

Wij mochten een week met kerst in dit fijne huis verblijven. Super schoon mooi zwembad we hadden het laten verwarmen was heerlijk. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De eigenaresse Christel was super aardig en behulpzaam. Inchecken en uitchecken ging super snel. Ook het contact via whattsapp voor en tijdens ons verblijf was heel fijn. Een echte aanrader. A classy property and owners.

This fabulous modern villa has everything; 4 x great ensuite rooms, super pool, fully equipped kitchen, 8 x very comfortable sunloungers around the pool plus several others on the bedroom balconies and the 2nd floor sun terrace. I could carry on with a list of other things that were spot on. It is in a very quiet area and Christel is the perfect host, answering all our queries both before and after arriving there, and she is super punctual. We had a great holiday at Deluxe Suites Maspalomas and would not hesitate to recommend to other groups/families.

Can’t say anything but AMAZING

The whole holiday was amazing, the villa is absolutely superb, has everything and more you could need including hairdryers and lots of towels, very modern and very beautiful. Easy to get taxis to everywhere but also is close enough to walk to Maspalomas. Very quiet area. Christel went above and beyond for us she is amazing. We will be definitely be back.. An excellent villa that we recommend to others.

Location - A quiet residential neighbourhood. You need a car or be happy to use public transport to reach the best shops, bars, and beaches. Amenities - An extremely high-spec and clean villa with large bedrooms with ensuites and A/C. An excellent pool and all the amenities you would expect. Kitchen and Dining – Good kitchen with intuitive oven and hob and a range of electrical utensils such as a blender, juicer, and toaster. The large fridge was also a plus. Outdoor Space - The pool and outside areas are extremely well maintained. The area on the roof meant you were able to catch sunshine at all stages of the day. Privacy - The villa is on a quiet street with a private barrier. Secure gates and high walls on the property increase the sense of protection. We always felt safe and secure. Communication with Host or Management - We received extremely prompt and courteous responses from the hosts prior to and during the stay. They were friendly and very helpful. Local Recommendations - The shops and restaurants in Meloneras are the best. The shops in El Tablero Centro Comercial are also nice. If you have a car, a trip to the old town in Las Palmas is worth it. Conclusion - We were very satisfied with the villa and the hosts. We would recommend it to others, and we would personally stay here again.

tolle Villa mit wunderbarem Luxus fĂŒr das Wohlergehen

Wir konnten uns 1 Woche in dieser tollen, schönen und geschmackvollen Villa erholen und die Ferien geniessen. Ein Tophaus mit allem Schönen und Luxus, was eine Unterkunft bieten kann. Preis/Leistung und die Vermieterin ist top. Von der ersten Minute kann man die Ferien geniessen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus ist wunderbar mit allem notwendigen Luxus inkl. Einrichtung, Pool und Dachterrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden und man muss sich um nichts kĂŒmmern. Perfekt !

We had a really lovely stay at the end of January with our 4 month old and her grandparents. Check in and communication with Christel was great both before and during our stay. The house has everything you could need and the pool was nice and warm. Couldn’t fault it would love to go back again!

Top class property, great facilities, spotlessly clean and very well presented. The property host Christel was super throughout the meet and greet process, dealing swiftly with a very minor issue with the safe deposit box and at checkout. Absolutely Fantastic Villa, everything about it is perfect !

We have just returned from a family holiday (8 of us stayed), its absolutely lovely, all the bedrooms are a great size and have en-suites, the main living and pool areas are beautiful. The villa is pretty much brand new so its exactly how it looks in the photos. The host Chistel is fantastic and is more than happy to help at any time with any questions or help you need. Overall I cant recommend this villa enough its just perfect for a stay in Gran Canaria

Fantastisch huis,

Het vakantiehuis en de verhuurder in een woord geweldig, we werden zeer prettig ontvangen en binnen een mum ingecheckt,. Ontbijten met de hele familie aan de rand van het zwembad was super ervaring. De kamers waren erg mooi en van de verschillende dakterrassen werd ook erg genoten, bij een klein medisch probleem werd meteen hulp geboden en gegeven, ook super fijn bij vertrek, alleen de koffers pakken en weg.

We had a lovely week at this house! Clean, nice and with everything you need. Quiet area and a lovely pool for both kids and adults. Christel was so serviceminded and helped us with everything we asked for. And she arranged our trip back to the airport on departure. Highly recommended!

Everything amazing!

What to say?!! Amazing house, so clean and well kept and with everything you could want utensil and accessory wise. Pool is brilliant and well used by us! The best thing about the house is the owner, Christel. her communnication was first class all through the pandemic and right up to our arrival and beyond, even arranging taxis for our arrival/departure. Short taxi ride (5 euros) to all the hotspots (Aqualand, Playa des ingles, playa maspalomas etc). We have stayed at a number of similar houses over the years but this was up there with the best.

Wir hatten lange ĂŒberlegt, ob wir die Reise aufgrund der aktuellen ReisebeschrĂ€nkungen antreten sollen. Aber ich muss sagen, wir haben es nicht bereut. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich seit der Buchung herzlich um uns gekĂŒmmert und uns mit Informationen versorgt. Am Haus angekommen wurden wir von Ihr herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns dann durch das Haus gefĂŒhrt und wir kamen aus dem „Wow“ - sagen gar nicht mehr heraus. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet - alles ist Tip-Top und sauber. Man merkt, dass hier viel Herzblut reingesteckt wurde. Toll fanden wir auch die große Dachterrasse ganz oben. Sie bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick ĂŒber das sehr ruhige Wohnviertel und es ist herrlich am Abend den einen oder anderen Cuba-Libre oder Wein dort zu trinken und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Dadurch, dass die Wohnstrasse mit einer Schranke verschlossen ist, hat man auch keinen Durchgangsverkehr oder StraßenlĂ€rm. Perfekt um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen. Alles was man zur Versorgung an Lebensmitteln braucht ist nicht weit entfernt. Perfekt war auch der große Gasgrill. Wir haben den gleich am ersten Tag eingeweiht und uns ein herrliches Barbecue gezaubert und in den Geburtstag rein gefeiert. Alles im allen ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Bitte geht sorgsam mit dem Haus um, damit uns diese herrliche Villa noch lange zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
