I received a warm welcome from Fabrice at reception, whom was very kind and attentive throughout my stay. I definitely recommend VillaRG and would stay there again.

It’s lovely with modern facilities, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, my only gripe is that the hot water tank is far too small there is no way 2 people can shower before going out for the evening it’s seriously ridiculously small, it’s not really big enough for 1 person in truth.

Ce séjour d’une semaine à la Villa RG s’est excellemment déroulé! Cela est dû à l’établissement même, agréable et très bien géré, mais largement aussi grâce à la qualité de l’accueil de Ronald, son propriétaire, à sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Merci à lui.

Die Unterkunft war trotz Buchung nicht verfügbar! Das war dem Chef und seinen Angestellten relativ egal. Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür. Auf Klingeln an Tür und e Mails reagierte niemand. Telefonanrufe bei Hotel wurden ignoriert. Wir kamen erst über einen anderen Gast ins Hotel rein. Mithilfe dieses Gasts bekamen wir erst einen Angestellten ans Telefon. Er meinte das Hotel sei voll.wir sollten uns was anderes suchen. Erst nach Hinweis auf Polizei und rechtliche Schritte bemühte man sich um eine Ersatzunterkunft. Expedia reagierte zuerst mit Standard Email und aus mitgeteilter Telefon Hotline flogen wir gut 4 mal raus! Bei dieser Aktion verloren wir gut 3 Stunden! Expedia meldete sich dann individuell per e Mail 2 Tage später! Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft und auch von Expedia!
