I stay here often and have only had one bad experience (was charged the deposit for "urine on the bed" when there was NO such thing). Housekeeping can bug if you are not a morning person and get out at the exact checkout time. One morning they knocked 3 times! Another time I had a maintenance man walk into my room by mistake. He was kind and apologetic and I was dressed haha so all good But this time, as with most, it was good! The staff is always great, breakfast is almost always good and it's nice to have a hot breakfast in the am. I also love the little mini mart items they have at the front desk! Perfect for a late night snack or if you need common medicine I gave 4/5 stars because the room was kinda dirty. Hairs in the bed as the sheets pulled down and hair in the bathroom. Gross. Will still go back but I will check the room right away next time incase I need to switch

Front desk was amazing but i couldn't even get in contact wirrh anyone. They wouldn't respond to me or anything and i only stayed 10 minutes. And the first time i purchased inscurance and they didnt cover my stay so i haven’t even enjoyed both nights yet. And just wasted my money
