Step outside to your private oasis and enjoy the sparkling heated gentle on your skin salt water pool, use the charcoal BBQ, unwind in the jetted bubbling Spa, relax under the covered area, play games in the Gazebo/Game room like the Giant Kerplunk Game, Video Pac-Man arcade, miniature pool table or foosball. Challenge someone to corn hole in the grass area, tune up your putting on the large 4 hole putting green, sit at one of the 4 picnic tables with lighted umbrellas and enjoy the panoramic view, also a perfect spot to enjoy that great home cooked meal you just whipped up, or the meal you had delivered from one of the awesome restaurants nearby. There is a great remodeled outside bathroom near the pool for convenience.

Features all the modern amenities you could dream up. A sprawling modern open concept single story home on an expansive 47,450 sq foot lot with a view. The entire home was recently remodeled and furnished by designers. Spacious Bedrooms, Beautiful Bathrooms, Large Family Room leading to Pool and amenities, Electric Fireplace in Family Room and Living Room, a great Dining area, Comfortable Living Room, Kitchen with all a cook needs, Smart TV in every bedroom and family room, and very fast WI-FI. There is a smart thermostat so you can dial in the perfect temperature.

A good night’s sleep is our top priority, so you will find very comfortable premium mattresses that are like sleeping on clouds & crisp cotton sheets in all four bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and inviting to spend your sleeping and relaxing time. The beautifully remodeled bathrooms with Blue Tooth speakers are there to spoil you.

You enter the home onto the white marble floor and get a view of the large well decorated family room. A few more steps and you enter the beautifully remodeled kitchen with new appliances and everything else you need to cook a fabulous meal with family and friends or just make a perfect cup of coffee in the morning to make you feel at home whether you are sitting on the island bar stools, relaxing in the Family Room watching TV and enjoying the fireplace or out on the deck in the fresh air enjoying the view.

Just beyond the kitchen is the living room with comfortable seating and a fireplace. It is a peaceful place to relax and read or spend time with others while enjoying the electric fireplace.

Next to the living room is the large dining area. The table is located near the big windows that have a view of the putting green, or you can also look through the family room and view the pool area.

The family room can be entered from the kitchen, living room, or dining room. This is a great place to gather with others, have the electric fireplace going, and watch your favorite movies, TV shows, or games on our smart TV, with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

The 4 bedrooms are down the hallways from the kitchen. The Primary room has a view of the pool area to keep an eye on the swimmers while you relax. It also has a vanity and a small desk. Portable desks can be requested for the other bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a view, and they are stocked with basic items you need.

POOL SAFETY AND SPA NOTICE:
PLEASE BE AWARE, there is no safety gate or barrier around the pool or spa. For the safety of all guests, especially minors, adult supervision is required at all times when anyone is using or being near the pool or spa. We are not responsible or will not be held liable for any accidents or deaths that could occur. Guests are fully responsible for monitoring minors and each other ensuring safe use of the pool. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are 4 security cameras just outside the property facing driveway, entryway and the pool equipment area.

Guest access
You enter the property through an electric gate and continue up the driveway to an expansive parking area outside the three-car garage.

GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. Number of guests exceeding 10 needs pre-approval from the host. Your guests are welcome to come and visit you but not stay the night.

PETS: We have a strict no pet policy.

PARTY/EVENT: We have zero tolerance to any loud party/events. In event of breach, you will be strictly asked to leave immediately and vacate the property.

POOL: We charge $250 to heat the pool upfront and then $150 per day. We need 2 days of advance notice and payment if you wish to heat the pool. We charge $25 per day to heat the spa.

CLEANING: Your health and wellbeing are a high priority. Our home is disinfected, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standard after each checkout.

Note: Pool is serviced every Monday morning between 7Am to 9AM. It is recommended that you refrain from using the pool for 3 hours right after it has been serviced.
