I understand the Hotel was remodeling the property but it was really bad the conditions of the room we stayed in it was dirty from the wall, doors, and the carpet was filthy and the bathroom was full of mold also it had this bad smell, and the toilet on every flush was so loud the towels in the bathroom were everywhere it looks like they didn't clean the room or if the did it was in a really good hurry . Had to go to the office every day because the key would deactivate every day twice a day it was bad. Also they never had towels by the pool. I know now this is a hotel we're never coming back.

Yolanda and Daria provided great customer service. Too bad I can’t say nice things about the room. The room was marked as a non-smoking room, yet it reeked of smoking residue. The front desk sent the maid to spray the room but that wasn’t enough to cover the smell. Had planned to get on the road early and when I went outside to load my car at 1:30 am I was met with one man on the stairwell smoking weed and another guy sprawled out under the stairs. I called the front desk to see if there was security and the person who answered the phone was unsure if there was security. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend staying here alone; not safe.

Nothing unique... first room we checked into was unacceptable (smelly, overall very unclean); "upgrade" was slightly better (smelled clean) but still dirty as far as carpet, walls, dirty upholstery on chairs, ice machine didn't work on our floor (3rd); elevator was on other side so it made it very inconvenient, had to use stairs! We'll never go back there again!!

Ok. for the last minute

Pros: A/C worked great!
Cons: More cleaning
Location: Lots of great restaruants
Outside & stairways were dirty. Inside bathroom was dirty and small Lots of freeway noise!!

Terrible..... what a joke of a hotel

This place should not be called a Hotel. Had i known better it would have been better to have slept in my car. This hotel should have PAID me to stay there. Ive never smoked marajania in my life but having stayed there in room 128 i can NO LONGER make that statement. My clothes had gotten contaminated. The toilet kept running every 45 seconds ; the bed surely wasnt what ur commercials speak about, my mattres sank in the middle. The shower didnt work properly and as i was taking a shower the tub didnt drain propthus standing in a tub full of water. Staff had a I DONT CARE ATTITUDE which led me to believe they heard this before thus there insensitivity. Called to get a corporate number to file a complaint and was tolf i could only speak with the hotel mgr.. This place was just terrible. ..i was have my family come join me but i couldnt bare subjecting them to such conditions. They mived me to another room my second nite everything was the same but at least i got away from the marajania smell throughout the room. I could on but i will not all i can say is this hotel could qualify for Gordon Ramsey show Hotel Hell and bfore he leaves make sure he converts one of the rooms into a weight room..

Not up to La Quinta standards

Booked a 4 night stay because we know the brand. This hotel is not up to La Quinta standards in terms of cleanliness or service. I have stayed at a Motel six that was better. Booked a non smoking room for a family first night we arrived late and were put in a dirty smoking room- the carpet blower was left in the room and the front desk called after 10:30 to pick it up. Asked for a different room 2nd one smelled like something died in the room. Third room was much better closer to what I expected when booking. Add to this a fire having to walk into the hotel with kids and bags one night and the room key having to be reset every night and let's just say I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it was a last option.

Allows Pets...Excellant Deal

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, pet friendly, accommodating, comfortable, great deal !
I travel frequently to the Inland Emprire to visit family. I have a small dog who travels with me. My Pet and I are always greeted warmly. The fact that this hotel welcomes my pet it the reason I always stay with them. It's clean and beats any deal in the area !

Nothint was wrong with the staff, very helpful and friendly people.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel is ideally located on Hospitality Lane, a street filled with motels and a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance. That was good. But the motel is old and the rooms smell musty and mildewy until your nose become numb to the smell. The TV channel lineup is limited, with not all the cable news channels or sports channels. The maids were friendly and very thorough but it was not their fault that the linen and towels are changed every other day unless you make a specific request for service on the off day. The towels were small and sparse but when I asked the maid for additional towel she gladly complied. This is not a 4 star place but the price for a room is not a 4 star price either, so I think overall I got what I paid for.
