Since 1995, this charming restored farmhouse in San Casciano in Val di Pesa invites you to experience authentic Tuscan country life. Divided into several cozy private apartments, it offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Ideal for couples or families, this 2-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and provides access to a shared swimming pool just 300 meters away and a furnished garden perfect for relaxation.

Guests can savor farm-to-table dining at a nearby vineyard restaurant 1 km away, featuring local specialties. Weekly wine tastings in a historic 15th-century villa entrance let you explore the cellars and stroll through the vineyards, connecting you with the region’s rich wine heritage.

This agriturismo blends nature, culture, and quality products, including wine straight from the estate, perfect for enjoying by the refreshing pool during summer days. Creative art courses by the Polo Museale Fiorentino add a cultural touch to your stay.

We were welcomed very warmly and very personally. The apartment assigned to us was clean, functional and very cozy. We would go again at any time! The wine tasting offered by Stefania and Filippo was as personal and familiar as the entire stay and the presentation of the wines regarding production and region were informative and full of passion and heart. Besides Elisa is on site who takes care of everything else and cherishes you as a guest. A wonderful place to be and enjoy life to the fullest! Tina, Tom and Fabio

We stayed at the logia apartment with 3. Since it is actually for 5 it has enough space. The fact that the setting is pretty basic (without TV) really contributes to enjoying the outdoor living in the Tuscany countryside. The pool area is great! Sun and shadow all day and with nice facilities for entertainment like the table tennis. On top of that you can go for some walking straight from the apartment and might see deer or even wild boar 🐗 We have been come got castelvecchio twice now. Second time after nine years and it was as nice as we remembered! Oh and the wine is lovely 😊 🍷

Het was even zoeken op de weg rond San Casciano, een behoorlijke helling op, maar prachtig gelegen gastenhuis tussen de wijngaarden en olijfbomen. Helaas is lopen naar het plaatsje geen optie, dus alles met de auto. Eventueel is er wel een kruidenierswinkel met vers brood 's ochtends in het dorpje rechtsaf (ook 's zondags geopend). Accommodatie is voorzien van de meeste gemakken, wij waren op dat moment de enige vakantiegangers, dus hadden enorm veel privacy en ruimte om het huis en bij het zwembad. Veel rust is er te vinden, vooral 's nachts was het helemaal stil en donker. In juni hadden we weinig hinder van muggen of ander ongedierte. De locatie was behoorlijk centraal gelegen t.o.v. de grotere plaatsen, wielrennen is hier prachtig, voor de mountainbike is het iets minder. Aanrader is om een wijnproeverij bij het huis te doen op het dakterras met prachtig uitzicht.

Prima ontvangst, correct en volgens afspraak. Heerlijke locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht niet ver van steden, dorpjes en winkels en de ligging van het huis is zo dat je niet direct aan de weg zit - zalig.

Heel mooi plekje in de Chiantistreek. Bij de deze wijnboer kun je ook een proeverij doen in het oude huis. Het huis is prachtig, elke avond hadden we de mooiste zonsondergangen. Het zwembad (stukje lopen of rijden) is ergmooi gelegen, met veel schaduwplekken. Ook helemaal Corona-proof met gedesinfecteerde bedjes. De weg naar het huis is wel gaar, het laatste stuk is echt opletten geblazen (vooral 's avonds zonder verlichting). Het huis zelf is prachtig. Goed geëcipeerd en met een fijne tuin erbij. En voldoende afstand tot de andere gasten, waardoor je het idee hebt dat je alleen op de plek verblijft.

De aankomst was hartelijk, en vertrouwd na een eerder verblijf. De accommodatie is prima, ruim en gezellig ingericht. Alles wat je echt nodig hebt is aanwezig, als je dingen mist is dat de luxe die je thuis bent gewend. Voor ons was het ruim voldoende en comfortabel genoeg.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit steiler abenteuerliche Anfahrt. Sehr nette Vermieter im Weingut um die Ecke. Idealer Ausflugs Startpunkt nach Florenz, Pisa, Siena und San Gimignano sowie die ländliche Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten. Die Ausstattung ist Standard und idyllisch. Hunde fühlen sich pudelwohl. Man kann direkt neben Olivenhainen frühstücken. Zum nächsten Kiosk sind es 2 bis 5 km je nach Richtung. Auch sehr schön für Kinder die sich hier frei bewegen können.
