Completely remodeled and updated, this all ground-floor, coastal vacation hideaway is a true gem! Offering a private location hidden away from the rest of the world, this seaside retreat features whimsical coastal design, a private patio, and all the comforts of home. The living room offers an inviting, beachy space with comfortable seating for four or more. You'll also have a cable-equipped flatscreen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player. Prepare meals in the completely remodeled kitchen with lots of counter space and all new appliances, and then dine together at the nearby table for six, with additional space for two at the breakfast bar. This retreat features a private, shaded back patio with a small container garden and a ceiling fan to keep you cool even on warm, summer days.

This condo is just a short walk from beach access, and it's also less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens, where you'll find one of the most beautiful ocean views in all of San Clemente. Originally built in 1927, this stunning Spanish villa is now listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The shops and restaurants on Del Mar are also just a half-mile from this condo. And when it's time to dine out, walk to great local restaurants like Nicks, Avila’s El Ranchito, and more.

There is one at the top corner of the building above unit A which faces the courtyard and entry area of the property.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome beach rental
This property is absolutely beautiful!! Every single aspect of it was just perfect. It’s furnished so tastefully and has every amenity you would possibly need. And it was spotless! The linens are really really nice. The layout was perfect for our sisters trip with a lovely kitchen and 2 huge bathrooms. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the stunning beach and about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. I can hardly wait to stay here again.

Renovated Condo just a Short Walk to the Beach
We were visiting family in San Clemente and stayed at this remodeled condo with our teens. Very spacious, clean, and organized for a family of 5. Great outdoor space to BBQ and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the San Clemente Beach Trail. A 10 minute walk to Del Mar shopping and restaurants. Just the perfect location and setup. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home was very clean and neat, Offered everything needed to cook/stay. Upstairs neighbor very loud, big screaming fight middle of the night. Didn't see any instruction about the heater, only that it needed to be turned off. We could not figure it out so just turned it down very low when we left. Overall, would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you.
