POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES âą Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multi-generational families). âą Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. âą Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. âą Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. We had a great time at this location. It was very close to a nice coffee spot and açaà place. Also walking distance to mission beach. It was perfect for our vacation.
We rented both units and it was perfect for our large family of 11. Awesome location by the bay with quick walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Willl return!
This property was the perfect accommodation for a multigenerational family celebration. We rented both units A and B and were very comfortable. The location cannot be beat as there were plenty of things to enjoy within walking distance- the parks, the beach, Belmont Park, many restaurant options. We preferred to cook because of our families dietary restrictions and the patio had a decent grill and very comfortable patio furnishing which faced the bay. We created beautiful memories and canât wait to do this again.
The location was what we wanted, however, a there was construction next door that we read about (that was an inside remodel). However, the doors were open so we could hear the construction and their blaring music. There was also work being done on the outside of the home with music and loud conversations at times. There were multiple weddings nearby in which the music went long into the evening. The City decided to bring in two huge backhoes and a dump truck to work early in the morning on the grass directly in front of the unit. The walk to the ocean side was short and easy. The bay was calm and great for paddle boarding. The unit was not as clean as we expected and there are not enough supplies to last the week. The response to our request for more was to visit Ralph's Grocery Store down the street to get our own and we were to pay for the extra. Be aware of that for paper products and soap as there is no reimbursement for extra supplies needed. We found this odd as it advertises it fits16 guests. We had 10 (two were children) and needed more toilet paper, paper towels, sponges for the sink, and laundry soap. Pots and pans were old and had loose handles. Dirty toaster. There were ants in both kitchens. When reported, they did not even respond. Very small eating area. Garage was large. A sign outside the unit said that detectable amounts of chemicals may be found in and around facility which was disturbing to read after the fact. Would not return to this unit.
We rented both units. There was a door that may have been unlocked or opened up for the family to have easier access rather than walking around through the garage. The 3rd story bunk bedroom, the double/queen bunk bed was not sturdy, very shaky and loose. The 2nd story bunk beds were also not very sturdy. Appreciated the beach towels. Appreciated the random beach supplies in offered in the garage.
We loved the house ! It is very cute ; very nicely decorated ; well equipped and especially very clean . The check in and checkout process was seamless ! The location was amazing . We did not have to drive anywhere because we had everything we needed around us / restaurants ; the bay and the beach at walking distance. ! We would definitely come back again !!
Amazing location. The home was very clean when we arrived and offered a seamless, keyless entry. Management is very organized and supplied very through information about the house and area attractions in advance. Kitchens are well stocked and we were able to cook thanksgiving dinner without buying too many extra pans/utensils.
We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for 3 couples and 2 kids. It was important to me that each family had their own bathroom so that worked out. However, be sure that you know that the owners do not allow the door that connects the units to be opened. This completely truncates the community experience and we found that we didnât really use the upstairs space much (which is actually the nicer of the two units). Also know that the upstairs loft bedroom has no doors and only a partial curtain for privacy that does not extend over the front of the bed so you are up with the beautiful sunrise.
The kids really enjoyed all of the sand toys and boogie boards provided. The closet in the garage has lots of extra camping chairs for guests. Lastly, we were pleased to find that 4 large vehicles fit in the tandem parking spots. Key for a busy beach area.
Nice location. Good parking situation. Loved the space in the front and easy access to the bay & beach. We rented paddle boards right across the bay & roller blades down the street. My only negative was the poor communication with property management. Thanks goodness we didnât need anything right away because we would never have gotten it! We also had an ant problem almost every morning even after we throughly cleaned the counters and floors.
Right on the bay, 2 min walk to the ocean. House was in perfect condition and very clean. Garage parking was great. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
These two units worked so well for our family. We enjoyed having 4 parking spaces, two kitchens, a front deck for gathering together, grass/sand by the quiet bayside waterfront for our grandkids.
The AC malfunctioned In the ground floor unit but the management company had a repair person there the next day and the problem was resolved. Would be a good idea to have some ant traps placed here and there. The shower curtain liner in the hall bathroom of the ground floor unit could use a change and the bathtub has a bad crack in it but everything worked fine.
We really enjoyed our stay and will likely stay here again. Thank you to Jamie and Josh for their quick responses and help!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 kids enjoyed a 5-day get away in this home. Everything was perfect. The house was clean. Kitchen was equipped with just enough of everything where we could prepare breakfast and cook out at night. The only thing it was missing was a grill set.
We brought our own spices which was nice because they only had salt and pepper in the cabinet. The beds were all very comfy and everyone had enough space to relax.
We played with the cricket set and made good use of all the beach chairs and biggie boards every day.
We loved the quiet, calm waters in our backyard, and we loved the short walk down the street to the ocean and busier boardwalk area.
We rented bikes from Rays bike shop and cruised the bay side and the boardwalk side daily. We ask walked across the street and rented oddly boards and kayaks and spend many hours playing in the bay. Note for others: they had plenty of paddle boards and kayaks but if you want to rent other items, such as jet skis, bouncy, pontoon boats, etc, call weâll in advance to reserve.
Our family enjoyed every minute of the stay. We needed a break from Covid, quarantine, and the craziness of the world. This house and location was the perfect get away to recharge, take in the fresh ocean air and recharge. Thank you for sharing tour home with us! We will be back!
Communication with Property Owner/Management Company
We were disappointed with two televisions not working in two of the bedrooms, even after contacting the maintenance company multiple times. A HDMI cord was delivered to us, but still did not resolve the issue.
This property was sold to us with the mindset that all 4 rooms would be connected for our kids and parents to be close. We were a bit disappointed when we realized the door connecting Bay A and B could not be unlocked thus access to the other bay is through the garage. A bit of an inconvenience and made sleeping arrangements tricky with 3 young children. The AC in the bottom bay was not working but they were quick to come out over the weekend to fix the issue. Definitely bring your own shampoo, soap, and any kitchen condiments, since they only provide bare minimum. The location and views were amazing. The place was in great shape and had everything we could need for the beach.
My Mother passed away and I had been away living with her so I hadn't seen my own family much for quite a while. I reserved Bay Walk for my three adult children, their spouses, and my five grandchildren. We had so much fun. I couldn't be a better location on the beach to enjoy watching the kids and people watching ever.
Only negative, being rushed out at 9 AM when checkout was clearly listed at 10 AM. The construction next door was of little bother but was glad to know it was going before we checked in.
