- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction. We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking, so please inquire about our availability prior to booking if this is a requirement for you. We can also provide recommendations to other nearby lots upon request!
