3BD/2BA OCEANFRONT Ground Floor Condo: Amazing ocean views from living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. Conveniently located in North Mission Beach where the surf meets the sand and the sunshine is always shining!

Ready to escape the stresses of daily life? Kick back and create fun-filled memories in this ground floor Mission Beach condo offering an upscale beachside vacation! Discover breathtaking ocean vistas across its 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout that has you steps from the beach. Warm sunlight and sea breezes fill the main gathering spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. Unwind in your bedrooms consisting of a queen-sized master bedroom, a secondary retreat with twins, and a third adjacent to the living room. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate two extra guests.

Ideally set along the boardwalk, there's a private patio to sit, relax and enjoy the sunset. When you want a break from the surf and sand, explore the variety of entertainment, shopping, as well as dining options nearby. As a bonus, you'll have a BBQ grill with propane, a designated parking spot, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. No pets, though! Here's the place to be if you want to experience a classic Southern California holiday.

This home accommodates up to 8 guests and can sleep 8, assuming two share the sofa bed. Please note that the front bedroom does not have a door but is equipped with curtains for privacy.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

The Mission Beach area is a perfect home base for all of your San Diego Adventures. Located approximately 3 miles from SeaWorld, 8 miles from San Diego International Airport, 10 miles from San Diego Zoo, 10 miles from San Diego Downtown, 40 miles from Legoland, 63 miles from Temecula's wine country, and 95 miles from Disneyland.

Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. There is one designated space in the carport suitable for a mid-size vehicle or smaller. If your vehicle impedes parking in the 2nd carport space, we will request the vehicle be moved. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area: dimensions to the carport space are approximately 7.7ft H x 8ft 1in W x 16ft L. If your vehicle impedes parking in the 2nd carport space, we will request the vehicle be moved.

This property does not allow pets and does not have air conditioning, like most homes in the coastal area.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

5 stars! Best stay in Mission Beach

We absolutely love San Diego and try to visit twice a year, usually staying right on the boardwalk in Mission Beach. This home has by far been the best we’ve rented—and we’ll definitely be booking it again!The location is unbeatable, and the price is perfect for everything you get. The home is clean, comfortable, and truly feels like a beach getaway. While it would be amazing if there were a fire pit or hot tub, we still had an incredible time without them.Check-in was super easy, and when we decided to stay an extra night, extending our reservation was a breeze. We were so lucky the house was still available!Highly recommend this place—we can’t wait to come back!

Incredible location

Incredible location. A relatively quiet part of the beach,with the water fairly close. We enjoyed watching the people going by, the surfers, the pelicans, the dolphins, the fishers, the parasailors and so forth all from the comfortable living room. It felt like we were sitting on the beach in a recliner! At the same time we were protected by the reflective windows. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio area, separated by pretty plantings from the passers by. Olive bakery is only a few blocks away for a morning Kolache or cinniman roll. One bedroom is separated from the living area by a curtain, which may be a disadvantage to some. A small problem with the trash can was taken care of directly. We hope to come back. It is so fascinating to watch the day at the beach unfold.

Great space minor issues

Photos match decor. Quite nice and updated with 2 open showers for getting rid of sand. We had issues with our check in code not being sent and then our code expired a day early. Our first night was a bit stressful due to an alarm going off every 45 min for some reason even as the alarm was supposedly disabled 2 yrs ago. We believe it was tied to a side door in the master being open for air flow as we decided to keep the door closed for the next few days (it affected our ability to cool that bedroom though) lastly, a door handle in the slider fell apart and we couldn’t lock the front slider for a day. Very helpful customer service and we did rectify most issues in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again if a 3rd bedroom is needed.

Great location!

The home was clean, the location was perfect to Belmont Park and restaurants, indoor-outdoor patio and proximity to the water was really great and the property management team was very responsive. Listing is accurate, please note the very small parking spot. Other than on the weekend of the 4th of July, we were able to find additional parking. We would stay here again.

Great stay amazing location but missing some things


Missing some basic necessities especially in the kitchen like dish towels, trash bags, scissors, tissues, etc. dishwasher didn’t work well but the rest of the appliances were great. Amazing view in a great neighborhood. Third bedroom with the queen bed is not a bedroom it has a shower curtain blocking it off from the living room which seemed deceiving from the description. Besides that, nice stay.

This property has the best mid boardwalk location. The ocean is very close and views are great from inside or on the patio. Be sure to rent bike cruisers they are a blast!

The location can't be beat! Property is exactly as described. Bedroom layout is a bit odd, but clearly shown in the photos and description, and the price (lower than surrounding) is appropriate for this space.

Great place but being on the ground level, you can have amply air from the ocean but there is a safety concern with only have screens for a barrier from the general beach. At night I closed the windows and it was uncomfortable. This is clearly stated in the description. Great place, great location! Mission Beach will steal your heart !!

Just okay. Read the fine print.

The location is great as advertised, the house not so much. Parking is extremely challenged (do not rent if you have a big SUV), no A/C which leads to a dampness in the unit (and we never cooled down under 75), and 3585 only has the ground floor/no upper decks in the photo. We left a day early.
