Best vacation EVER! This beach house with the roof top patio was amazing to hang out and watch the beautiful sunsets. Loved the bottom patio for relaxing and grilling. Much larger space for the value of the price. Well equipped kitchen and steps from the boardwalk and the beach. We loved it! Walking distance to everything.

Steps from the Beach!!

Great location, steps from the beach and restaurants. Heating system was not working but were supplied space heaters which helped. Plenty of room and bathrooms and kitchen were updated. The rest of the house could use some updating and a new gas grill would be nice. Had garage but only small car could fit. Overall we loved it and would rent again.

Could not use garage---too tight. House was very nice and very clean However, two bedrooms did not have closets Kitchen was completely stocked with good cooking equipment. Door on dishwasher needs to be repaired. as it kept falling open and cycle seemed very long. Thank you for a nice week.

Great location for spring break

Our family of four travel to PB/Mission Beach every spring break. We stay in the same general area due to our friends owning a house nearby. This location was great and Denise the property manager was terrific. My only suggestion would be to update the property a bit (pictures of property were accurate). Thank you!

Perfect location

We needed to be by the Catamaran where our adult children and grandchildren were staying. And we wanted to be close to the beach on the ocean side so it was perfectly situated for us!

Great location and views

Cute house that worked for my family. It is old and could use a little updating (door knobs missing/light fixture switches missing, warm not hot water in all but master shower (super hot there). Easy to book, pictures were accurate for view. Everything was stocked as described. The cleaners were still there finishing at check in time and they showed us around, they did a great job, it was really clean. The only drawback was unless you drive a teeny tiny car it won’t fit in the garage. Street/alley parking was a nightmare and it’s off season, summer would be awful. This was the only thing that was a bummer since we picked a place with a garage to not deal with parking issues. Otherwise great place.

Pros: Very well located, 80 yards only from the beach and shopping needs nearby. Street pkg not complicated. Cons: this is a student house, nothing is maintained. All the interior and furnitures are well past amortized.

great location

Location is great...your beach is basically your backyard. Plenty of dining options and main boardwalk area is only about 20-25 min walk. I wish it was better stocked in general (e.g. soap) but not a deal breaker. I think communication regarding check-in process would've been ideal if vrbo messages were answered more promptly than relying on phone calls. Still, overall, it was a very good stay!

The location was perfect. The house was clean. The parking in the neighborhood can be an issue so it is best if you have a compact car to fit in the tiny garage. Ours did not fit (small suburu). Few minor maintenance issues with the place but all in all very nice

Location was great! Walking distance to Belmont Park and shopping.

My family was very satisfied with our stay at this rental. I really enjoyed the fridge and microwave upstairs. Made it so easy to enjoy the balcony. Definitely recommend this rental.
