Just steps to the sand! Take our boogie boards and beach equipment out for the day and come home to relax in this cozy 1-bedroom or go out to the nearby restaurants in Pacific Beach. This unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. It has a separate dining area and a full kitchen, so you always have the option of dining in or experiencing the vast array of PB restaurants and bars.

This is a second floor unit. Enter into an open L living room with a dining nook off the updated kitchen. Updated plank flooring and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms which is ideal for the beach. Smart TV to meet all your needs. Kitchen is fully appointed (gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the things to use them). Updated step in shower with lots of natural light in the bathroom. Sleeper in the living room converts into an over-sized full bed. Luxurious queen in the bedroom....wake up to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean literally 100 steps from your door!

The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet 6-plex. Check-in is contactless. You will be given a door code 3 days prior to arrival.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Within walking distance of all Mission Beach has to offer, this charming unit is both centrally and conveniently located, yet offers the quiet comfort most look for in a vacation getaway. Best part of this location in north Mission is that you are a quick jaunt to all the nightlife, cafes and restaurants of Pacific Beach but you get to come home to the quiet of north Mission Beach.

We provide a single covered parking space. It is accessed off the alley and as such can be a tight fit (as with about 90% of the parking spaces at the beach). We recommend a small- to mid-sized car to make it easier to park. We also recommend backing into the spot as that makes it easier to get in and pull out. There is free street parking available, but due to the high volume of beach-goers, don`t count on parking nearby. Also be sure to read parking signs!

This is `typical` beach parking so we do not recommend large cars. The spots will not accommodate anything more than a mid-size car or SUV.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month`s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.

We only offer the air conditioning between May and September

-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.

Decent Property, A/C is false advertisement

Good:Property is just steps from the beach.Food options are very walkable.Pricing is pretty good.Bad:They advertised that it had A/C, which is technically does, but its just a window unit that is completely ineffective. You can open windows to try to cool it but if you are expecting A/C in the bedroom is doesn't have it.The top step of the second floor is severly cracking and could become a safety hazard.Overall its an okay property for the money, being that its nearly on the beach, if you can get over the lack of A/C.

Great location

This was a great location. Just a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants. The place was nice and clean. The portable air conditioning didn’t really do much. So we opened all the windows and left the door cracked open while in apartment and it worked great cooling it off. It was nice having a dedicated parking spot but definitely made for a compact car. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it and stay there again.

Amazing location!

We loved the location which is about a 1 minute walk to mission beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking spot is pretty tight but nice to have. The bed was comfortable enough. The portable a/c didn’t really cool the entire apartment but opening windows was nice. We would stay here again!

Location is great and it’s fairly comfortable. Kitchen is clean and well appointed. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower could use a deep clean. We asked directly about parking and were told our car would fit. SUPER tricky because property directly across juts out making it tough to access with anything other than a true compact car. Full disclosure is best practice. Street parking is available most of the time, but we booked this property based on what we were told.

Very nice place

Pretty clean and comfy. Parking a little tough with the small parking slot, but doable with the right size vehicle. Won’t get a full size pickup in there, so bear that in mind. WiFi works good, no issues. Could have used a dishwasher, but paper plates make that easier.

Nice place at the beach

We enjoyed staying here. We chose it initially based on the location to the beach and boardwalk. This is great for watching sunsets and for evening strolls along the ocean. Good restaurants within walking distance. The property itself was comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen, living room area, and smart tv. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice. Since you do reuse towels, it would have been better to have more towel bars in the bathroom for better air drying. Also you have to open the bathroom window if you are going to get any airflow or decrease humidity. There is a portable fan in the closet which was great because we used it for white noise. It is very easy to hear the neighbors underneath you or beside you, but the fan helped with this. We did have an issue with our furnace, but the owner replaced the thermostat quickly. Owner was also quick with communication. Parking space is tight in assigned spot, even with a Fiat we had to maneuver it just right. Overall though it was a property that grew on us through the trip, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great Space!

The stay was fantastic! The beach was less than 100 steps away! Be warned we have a 4 Runner and it wouldn't come close to fitting in the parking spot. Street parking in December was decent. Only tiny complaint is that the pull out couch's mattress should be replaced with something thicker.

Perfect location!

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the location to the restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

This unit although small is set up well with everything you need. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach. The garage is very small as described in the listing, but we were able to park our rental there. The bed was confiscated. Nice little unit!

Cute and cozy

Literally less than one minute walk to the beach! Property had beach chairs which was nice to just sit on the beach and enjoy. Lots of options close by for eating out or just grabbing coffee. Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway…quiet and clean.
