A unique and beautiful ocean front home, located on a bluff! This home has an unobstructed spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and miles of sandy coast. Located steps away from San Diego's top Tourmaline surf break, bring your surf board. If a beautiful view and a private home is what you are looking for, this is it! A perfect beach house that is located between La Jolla and Mission Beach. A newly decorated home that is located near everything a beach community has to offer. Spectacular sunset vistas from Mission Beach to the south, north to La Jolla. The home has an attached two bedroom upstairs unit built towards the back of the home. The properties were built with vacation rentals in mind. GUESTS ARE PROVIDED WITH PRIVATE living space yard space, decks, beach equipment (bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, etc.), parking spaces, washer/dryers and barbecues.

Wow!
All I can say is, “Wow!”. You can’t beat the amazing ocean views from this place and literally steps from the beach. We even got to see dolphins! The location was perfect to watch the sunsets, take a stroll on the beach or walk to one of the great nearby restaurants. The house was equally as great . It was very roomy, comfortable, had everything you could possibly need and Mary, the property manager, was very attentive and ready to assist in anyway possible. The beds had new mattresses and were so comfortable. The garage was well stocked with beach gear too! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our son’s birthday weekend!

Great location!
The perfect place to see perfect sunsets! Mary was wonderful and it was fun seeing the surfers. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in the showers was good. They supplied some drinks to get us started. Plenty of room for our group to spread out.

Great Vacation
Gina and Mary made the reservation and check-in process a breeze. Great location for amazing sunsets! Everything you need for a great beach vacation is there including beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards! I took away one star for the overall experience because as other reviewers have mentioned it is time for some new mattresses. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pacific beach petfection
We’ve stayed at this lovely property 3-4 times, winter months….we are a senior couple. This home is PERFECT for 2 couples because of the home layout—-2 master bedrooms/2 living areas. Wonderful patios, wonderful sunset/surfing views….one level, great parking, great location. home is so elegantly and comfortably furnished. See my previous reviews for this property. Mary Barry, mgr is awesome, responsive, customer oriented….gives onsite tour at check-in which I love. Cant wait to go back (when i save up🙄)If you cook you will find everything you could possibly want. We eat out most of the time but I fo love to cook and would if I were there long-term…kathy C

Wonderful Vacation Home, Awesome View
My family of 4 adults and a 14 yr old had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pacific Beach home. I'm saying "home" because that's exactly what it felt like! We were amazed at how welcoming and comfortable it was from the moment we walked in the door. It was spacious enough the we each had our own "favorite spot". And the magnificent view made it really hard to leave for sightseeing. In fact, one day we just stayed in! Gina was excellent at taking care of the details. Mary was attentive and made herself available for anything we needed. She was like our new best friend! Plus we had the pleasure of meeting the owner James when he stopped by to take care of something as we were leaving out one day. Everyone was thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive. The view was spectacular!! We enjoyed watching the surfers, people-watching from the porch and riding the bikes down the boardwalk. We were close enough to enjoy the restaurants and beach vibe yet in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. We all agreed that we'll be back!!
