We got to the hotel and they had "upgraded" our room, to the tower, vs the garden view. The only difference was that there was a kitchenette. Room is completely outdated, bathroom was moldy. We weren't able to sleep the 1st night, as the single pane windows faced the street, so we heard every car, siren and drunk people outside. The next day we were placed in a garden view room. The room, again was outdated, bathroom was moldy, room smelled musty, and the patio door was completely destroyed, you had to push it to open/close it. The room was supposed to have bottled water, we didn't have any; the ice machines didn't work either and we had less than half a roll of toilet paper. That night, the guests in the room below us, played the same techno song from 10p-4a. The following day, I asked for toilet paper and bottled water. When it was time to settle down for the day, the same guests below us, started playing the same song over and over. I contacted the front desk, they advised that security would check. 30 mins later, the music was still playing. I went to the front desk to complain, met with security and they said that they had spoken to those guests the night before. Security went and spoke to the guests, who did lower the music...for one hour and then played the same song over and over, until 4a. The only benefit I saw to this hotel. was the location, other than that, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially for the nightly rate, resort fee and daily parking fee.

Really pretty resort on the bay! Friendly staff. Loved the Polynesian feel. Rooms are clean but a bit outdated

Beautiful views, just a block away from the ocean beach and right on the bay. Hot tub was very warm and staff were excellent in accommodating any needs.

It was my 50th birthday and this property and spirit airlines tried to ruin it but we drove to Las Vegas and everything went better.

Our room was in desperate need of updating. Old, worn carpeting & the sliding screen door was inoperable. Maid service was extremely slow. The public areas of the resort were very nice.

This hotel is reasonably priced. Walking distance from the beach and amenities are amazing. Perfect for families, my room had a kitchenette and was stocked with everything needed to cook. There was a grocery store within walking distance. The resort has a pool & spa and there is plenty of activities. We had a wonderful time!

The pool area could use some person monitoring it, putting hats, shoes on chairs to save them for over 2 hours. The hot tub is used as a kiddie pool with too many children just swimming in it, people sitting on the access stairs to the pool and hit tub.
