Are you traveling with family or couples and want a lot of space? Welcome to your San Diego Retreat! This 4 bedroom spacious house is centrally located close to the airport and downtown San Diego. It is a spacious 2 story in where you can relax in the multi-seating living room, cook in the full kitchen, eat on the large dining room, and enjoy a drink on one of the two balconies. Kid friendly with options for pack and play, highchair, and books/toys.

This 1920s home retains the charm and has been beautifully updated throughout. Comfy and clean throughout, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Kitchen – Supplies for cooking, grilling, and serving all of your guests. There is a coffee maker, blender, and toaster as additional appliances. Plenty of kitchen counter space with bar seating.

Dining area – Large dining room table that seats 8 comfortably. High-chair upon request.

Laundry room – Full washer and dryer with sink available for use

Living room – Comfortable sofa which includes sleeper, love seat, and multiple chairs for playing games or watching the 50 inch TV.

Upstairs – Bathroom and 4 bedrooms with black out curtains make for ideal sleeping.
Master bedroom – 1 queen and balcony with beautiful view

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our original booking was cancelled days before we travelled across the country. This property was perfect for our family with enough bedrooms and close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

Perfect house for small group in DTSD

This was was the perfect setup for six of us! We were visiting San Diego for CRSSD, and it accommodated us perfectly. Very spacious, two bathrooms that were clean, and also two private parking spots was the huge win. I would definitely stay here again next year.

not clean and crazy downstairs person

We rented a ENTIRE house because we have 2 little kids and 7 adults and didn't want to worry about not making to much noise but it wasn't the entire house there was a basement apartment and she was always banging on her ceiling and then one night she came up about 7PM and was swearing and yelling at us and said she was going to F***ing going to kill us, we had to call the police and called the property manager and the police didn't even come until 1:30AM and acted like not big deal that a crazy person said she was going to kill us, the property manager called me back but never came over so we did not feel very unsafe there. Also the minute you opened the front door so could smell the house was not clean and it wasn't, within 30 minute of going barefoot our feet were black and dirty and looking around the house just the surface was cleaned up but overall very unclean. Would not recommend this place. Very unhappy about our stay.

Perfect!

We stayed for 5 days for my sons Mcrd graduation, it slept all 8 of us and we brought a blow up for the extra sleeping space. Full kitchen and laundry room made our stay more comfortable. Super close to the park and a lil corner market that made last minute needs easy. Coffee shop around the corner was great and neighborhood was great. Will definetly make this our go to spot if it’s available. I will say this the house is a little older built in the 20s and the water pressure isn’t the greatest but we all made due. 5 stars!

Great location and host communication

We had an initial issue with the house cleanliness upon check-in, but Kelsi was very responsive and immediately came up with a solution. The location is great, easily walkable to Little Italy and with a great view of the city. Comfortable and spacious for the whole family over Christmas!
