📌The house is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector for your safety.

📌For any assistance or questions during your stay, please use the Airbnb messaging system.

📌This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels.



📍 Please be aware that there is road construction happening in front of the house between April and May 23rd so you may need to park around the block and walk on the sidewalk to get to the house. There is ample free street parking so you don't need to worry about extra cost!

📍 This is a quiet neighborhood so the outdoor quiet hours starting at 10PM are strictly enforced including the hot tub area. Disturbing the neighbors may result in an early termination of your stay with no refund.

📍 Hot Tub: Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.



‼️REGULAR MAINTENANCE‼️

🌱 Please note, the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions

📌 Spa Cleaner: Comes every Thursday around 4:20 PM

📌Gardener: Comes every Friday at 10:00 AM for routine landscaping maintenance.



📌To ensure a smooth and secure arrival, all guests are required to complete a Check-In Form upon booking confirmation. Check-in details, including access instructions, will only be provided after the form has been submitted. Thank you for your cooperation!

‼️ Hot Tub:

To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please rinse your feet before entering the hot tub to prevent sand and debris from accumulating in the water. Sand can cause damage to the system and require extensive cleaning. If any sand is found in the hot tub after your departure, a cleaning fee may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the hot tub in excellent condition. Thank you!
