Cozy Beach Getaway

Steps to the sand and the surf to the West and the calm of the bay to the East. This home sits on a cozy quiet court the heart of South Mission Beach. This beautiful newly restored 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a private 3rd floor deck, comfortably furnished and shaded by a pergola with lighting for the nights, a fire pit for warmth and a gas BBQ for all your summer grilling.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature memory foam mattresses for the California King, 2 Queen bedrooms and twin Daybed and Trundle in the Reading Retreat. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and feature luxurious showers, fluffy towels with a supply of soaps and lotions.
Our Galley Gourmet Kitchen will meet all your cooking needs. The large Family Room boasts a 60" smart TV, A Fireplace, a Retro Bar and a Bookcase stocked with great Summer Reads to borrow. The Dining Room has a magnificant Live Edge Table that will seat 8. With your rental you will also enjoy both Heating and Air-conditioning and 2 garage parking spaces.

This exceptional beach vacation home is ideally located halfway between the Mission Beach jetty and the famed Giant Dipper rollercoaster located at Belmont Park. This venue provides a uniquely quiet atmosphere and is located on one of the least crowded areas of Mission Beach. And still you are within short walking distance of several restaurants, bike and surfboard rentals, clothing and beach shops and our local Mission Market for anything you might need.

Rentals require a seven day minimum stay with our rental running from Saturday to the following Saturday. You may check-in no sooner than 3:00 PM and we require check-out no later than 9:00 AM. The check-out time must be strictly followed.

NO NOISE! - NO SMOKING! - NO PETS!
Any violation of these rules or illegal activity may result in being asked to vacate the premises with no refund and possible additional penalty fees. The city of San Diego has strict noise ordinances you are required to follow.

Fantastic beach house just a few houses back from the boardwalk and sand in South Mission Beach. Everything was in tip top shape and the house came with all the necessities- boogie boards, chairs, towels, beach and board games, etc. SUPER clean and VERY well stocked with towels, soaps and shampoos, magnifying mirrors, closet space, dressers, and everything needed in the kitchen- appliances (toaster, crockpot, instapot), pots and pans, plates, mugs, silverware, ziplock bags, spices, grilling gear, etc. The air conditioning was fantastic as a few evenings were warm. We LOVED the rooftop deck for coffee and grilling/dinner. The washer and dryer were top of line and clean. Overall WONDERFUL stay and we look forward to returning.

Terrific place

We have stayed at many places over the last 40 years but no place was equipped like this one. Everything we needed, from coffee to olive oil, was there. The unit was spotless and well decorated. Even little things like the quality of the towels were better than any other place we have rented in SoCal. And the host was great. We will be back.

Great family vacation

The house was nicely furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The beach is a very short walk away. Belmont Park isn’t too far either. We were there for 2 weeks during which time our three daughters took turns bringing their families to stay with us a few days at a time. They all enjoyed their stays as well.

Mission Beach 4th of July week

We stayed here for our annual summer mission beach trip during 4th of July week. Accommodations were great for our family. Master bedroom was large and spacious, plenty of room for us. The upstairs deck was very spacious and made for excellent viewing of all of the fireworks around San Diego. Owner provided many extras as well, including Beach chairs/boogie boards/sand toys/etc. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only other feedback I would give relates to the kitchen. It was narrow and difficult for people to walk through while cooking dinner. The Kitchen itself was great, with everything you could possibly need and what looked like all new appliances.

Mission Beach oasis

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful condo. It is so well cared for and perfectly appointed. The balcony, the bedrooms, the kitchen - everything felt perfect. Anything you could want was right at your finger tips. Walking to the beach takes about 3 minutes. Cindy was extremely responsive and very professional. My family and I loved our stay here!
