Beautiful home! This place was great for me and my 16 year old son. Conveniently located in the middle of everything. The home was clean and in and safe, secure, quiet, well lit location. We didn't care for the street parking, and would suggest using an uber. Otherwise it was the perfect spot. Zain was an excellent host, and his communication was great. If available, we would definitely stay here again.

Let me first start by saying every single thing about this listing is a lie! The pictures are completely inaccurate, the condition of the apartment is terrible dirty, disgusting,stains on everything and mildew just horrible! No AC when it is posted as having that, there is one portable unit in one of the bedrooms and it by no means is able to cool the entire apartment! Parking is terrible. There is free parking on the street but no spaces at all. We were finally able to find a space about four blocks from the apartment. Worst of all there was also an unbearable smell coming from the bathroom making it not possible to even go in there to use the bathroom or shower. We demanded a refund and the host was not at all accommodating so I then needed to contact Vrbo myself. I was refunded and everything worked out. We were misplaced at 12 midnight and needed to find a place to stay immediately, which was super inconvenient and definitely not expected on a vacation where we should have been relaxing.! I always check reviews before I rent a place and only one of the reviews posted was even close to being accurate. I’m not sure where all the good reviews came from but there is absolutely no way that anyone would stay here and give it a good review.!

Spacious and Cozy and Clean

Our stay was short but so happy to have chosen this location. Prime spot close to freeways and downtown. Clean and spacious unit with comfy beds and amazing shower. Quiet neighborhood, and the in unit laundry was very convenient. Would book again and recommend to friends!

This place in fact does not have air conditioning.

VRBO ReviewThere is street parking but it’s a busy street so be prepared to park on the next block. We got lucky and were able to park in front a couple of times. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived. The owner said that it was down for some building maintenance. Looking around the place, there isn’t a single vent in any room and no return air. There is just a heater in between the rooms.Zain asked if he could come by and bring an air conditioning unit on Saturday morning - so Friday night we opened all the windows and ran the fans on high - we went to bed with the rooms at 77. I waited for them to arrive on Saturday morning, they never called and were “delayed” with VRBO messaging. When we finally heard back, they said they would come back later - I gave a second window and hours later Zain responded by saying they couldn’t come back. They never actually attempted to bring an AC unit. Saturday night was uncomfortably warm - it was more than 85F in the bedrooms and we didn’t sleep well. This unit is advertised as having air conditioning. It does not. Keep that in mind when booking in the warmer months. It was fairly clean- the coffee pot had coffee in it when we arrived and there were some dust bunnies on the floor. The neighborhood was nice - there was a delicious coffee spot (Coffee Drop)
