I have stayed here a number of times this year with my partner, and I find it to be very frustrating at times when I extend my stay some mornings and the Lady behind the counter has to have made go in and inspect my room before completing my check in. I get it if it has been 2 weeks or if I have had a reputation of causing problems, but I have never put a hole in a wall broke anything or left a room a mess in the two years I have stayed at this facility, as a matter of fact I have often had to this stay I was on the 2nd floor, and the people on third floor above me were so absolutely loud when they would arrive back at their room at 3:00 AM in the morning, the guy would start yelling and swearing and I dont know if they had a dog or not maybe it was just a herd of elephants trying to walk around in 6 inch stilletos on the wood floor but they either need to cut the nails of the dogs or learn how to walk like a normal person not a group of animals, not let drunk ass party queens on the third floor of the hotel with their animals. They did this 2 nights in a row the first night I did not say anything, so that is on me. But please if these people that are in room 325 on Drcember 4th and 5th if you can flag their names in your system to only book them on first floor at your hotel. Then I would suggest doing that, you will have less issues with them.. They are just rude and don't care about anyone else around.

Definitely no frills, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Easy parking (that was included in the cost). The bathroom was recently upgraded, but the rest of the room was tired. The mattress wasn’t the best quality, when you would get in and out of bed it sounded like the springs were going to pop out like a bugs bunny cartoon . There was no lamp on the one bedside table. Apparently only one person has items to keep near them at night? The tv apparently had a control to keep the volume low, but it made it so quiet you could barely hear it. It was especially problematic when the very loud heater came on.

I stayed for one night while visiting SeaWorld and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel looks recently remodeled — my remodeled room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with no noise issues. The property grounds were tidy and well kept. Staff at the front desk were friendly and offered early check-in for a small fee, and they were willing to hold my bags if needed. Overall, a solid and stress-free stay that worked perfectly for my trip.
