Our first impression was with the night staff it was one younger lady and she was not knowledgeable nor friendly. This hotel cleans rooms every other day which is insane to me. Breakfast is very poor not a lot of variety especially with children. Over all I don’t think I will go again

The hotel did not have qater foe the firat day. Then on the 2nd day, there was no water again after 8am and unabale to ahower. Very unfortunate when we had a special event to attend and had to find a bew location to get ready. Very unconveneient and disappointing. Also, room was not cleaned and we requested towels and we never rwcwived them.

Beautiful place. Nice, clean, staff is amazing and we had no issues… besides parking. If you getting back after 10, on a weekend, it might be hard to get parking. That’s the only issues but we got lucky we didn’t wait too long. Other than that, nothing wrong.

Fast internet, food was good, everything was clean. curtains had some tears ,parking was easy and an Asian restaurant was in the parking lot, so I ordered food and walked over. there were homeless tents by the freeway, but i never saw anyone and felt very safe and peaceful. shopping centers were 3 minutes away in 3 different directions. I plan on staying here again.
